Project Management System is designed to keep our customer on-time, on-budget and informed, from project launch through approval. The system focuses on planning specific milestones for your program and the methods to keep teams, deliverables and costs on track.

A dedicated Project Manager is assigned when the business is received. The project management professional follows the project from the beginning, beyond production, through to the end of the program. They are the leader of a cross-functional team consisting of representatives from: Sales, Procurement, Tooling, Process Development, Quality and Manufacturing and is responsible for Advance Product Quality Planning.

The main role of the Project Manager is to ensure effective implementation of project fundamentals to achieve set target. As part of this, the customer regularly receives updated GANTT charts, showing the progress of their program.
